With MooMle (free) you can manage your SMS from within your email. It forwards every text message received to your email address. For each incoming text you will receive an email from [SENDER_NUMBER]@moomle.biz and if you reply to the email your Android phone will automaticaally reply to the sender via text. MooMle also allows you to start a new conversation by writing an email to [NUMBER]@moomle.biz.
